The participants are in a room with the speakers and see presentations, writings recorded on the digitizer and drawings via beamer on a presentation surface. Others are connected online and see and hear the speakers via an audio system and a high-resolution streaming camera via a video conference system such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom or BigBlueButton. At the same time, the presenters can see the online participants on the touchscreen monitor.
